중노위는 23일 정부세종청사에서 회의를 열고 현대엔지니어링 등 네 건의 개정노조법 재심사건에 대한 심의를 진행했다.

심의 결과 현대엔지니어링 교섭요구 사실 공고에 대한 시정 재심신청과 관련해 인정 결정을 유지했다.

SK에코플랜트 주식회사 교섭단위 분리 결정 재심신청에 대해서는 기각 결정한 초심을 유지했다.

옥천군 및 보은군을 상대로 낸 교섭요구 사실의 공고에 대한 시정 재심 신청도 초심과 마찬가지로 기각했다.

중노위는 이날 오후 8시경 당사자들에게 초심 유지 결과를 문자로 통지했다.상세판정서는 통보일로부터 30일 이내에 발송될 예정이다.
